Its peaceful and the residents are courteous and kind. the regulation on vehicle maintenance is pretty strict in my opinion but can be worked around as is to avoid lease violation. the laundry room is alright, it always has some sort of issues with either the washers and dryers, repeated calls to Hainsworth go either unanswered or just not repaired when reported. I have had 3 bicycles stolen while locked on the given racks, be very careful and always make sure you use a good lock to secure your bike if left outside.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. Unfortunately, the city is who put the regulation on vehicle maintenance. They don't want oil, soap, etc. soaking into the ground since we are located so close to the creek. However, please reach out if you continue to experience issues with Hainsworth as I would love to follow up with them for you. As for the bike issue, I am so sorry to hear that! We did just sign a security contract with Phoenix Patrol that started two weeks ago. They are now patrolling every night while staff is not here.

|Recommended: YesAlright But Could Be Better — I like living here but there definitely could be some improvements. The laundry facility isn’t usable in my opinion because of all the sludge in the washers. There are cigarette butts and dog poop right in front of all of our front doors, and there are 2 almost empty bike racks taking up spaces in front of the building that could easily be put out of the way so we could utilize those spots. However, I love my unit and coming home everyday to it. The maintenance staff is wonderful and very quick to fix any issues I have. It’s mostly a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesIts Alright — It took a long time and multiple calls to receive the lease. The apartment seems spacious and worth the money. It is a pet friendly complex so some people don't clean up after their companions, just watch your step. Walls are a little thin but it could be worse

|Recommended: YesGreat For Most Things, With A Few Troublesome Spots — It is a great place to live for the most part. There are some things that could be improved in the unit but nothing that requires much fixing. My only difficulty with it has been a lack of response in regards to a sprinkler that hit my bedroom window at 2 30am many, many times, startling me awake. Also the fact that the dumpster situation hasn't been fixed and I'm asked not to use the dumpster that is actually close to my apartment, meaning I have to walk all the way to the one in the park. Those things are minor though, and otherwise this has been a great home at an affordable price. My neighbors are only occasionally noisy and for the most part I have loved living here.

Unfortunately, we did not have a vehicle to tow dumpsters due to our truck breaking down. We entered a 3 month contract with Waste Management so that you guys would have a place to dump your garbage and not have to dispose of it yourselves. Waste Management will only dump their own containers and that is why our dumpsters were closed off. I apologize for the inconvenience. As you will notice, the Waste Management dumpsters were picked up this morning and our dumpsters are back open to use.
As for the sprinklers, I am very sorry to hear that. Our irrigation has been winterized for the season so you shouldn't be experiencing the issue anymore. If it continues when they turn back on in Spring please feel free to reach out to me personally at [email protected] or at 509-962-5501 and I will make sure that you are taken care of.
