Where do I do my
laundry? Each complex provides a card and coin
operated laundry facility. They have a key code so only residents
can use the facility
Where can I store my
bike? Each complex has at least one large
bike rack. You must provide your own chain/lock
Are
pets allowed? Yep! We are pet friendly! The pet
deposit is $600, $300 of which is refundable if no damage has
occurred
Are
utilities included in rent? We cover water/sewer/garbage. You are
responsible for electricity/heat.Click hereto set it up.
How
long are the leases? All of our leases are 12
months
When
is rent due? Rent is due by the 1st of each month.
It is considered late by 5:00pm on the 3rd
Can
I pay rent early? Of course!
Do
you accept financial aid for rent payments? Yes. However you will need to come
into the office to sign up on our financial aid list. We understand
that financial aid is not given back to students until a couple
weeks into each quarter - if you are on the list, we will give you
some leeway for the first month of each quarter
Is
cash accepted? No, but we offer online payment for
your convenience.
