|Recommended: YesVery Good And Comfort — comfort and nice. welcome
|Recommended: YesPretty Nice — its ok, price higher than quality. but overall not too bad.
|Recommended: YesNice Homes — Very nice townhouses to live in, no assigned parking spaces so some nights I have to park on the other side of the complex. It would be closer for me to park on the side of the street than to park where it is available in the complex. The noise is pretty good unless your neighbors have a good bass and subwoofer then you can hear those really well.
|Recommended: YesCute And Comfy Near Cwu — Location for students is awesome. Sometimes you can hear your neighbors but it's usually a mellow complex. Staff and maintenance are extremely helpful and very nice.
|Recommended: YesWasn't Too Bad — I enjoyed my time at this apartment complex. I'm not picky or anything about small problems. Parking, at times, was good, until someone people who lived next to me would stay over for the night. When my roommate and Would come home late from class, there was a Chevy without a pass parked in front of our door. They were there every weekend and my roommate and I reported them multiple times but nothing happened. Also, always check when you drive in the complex. There's an exit only to Airport Rd and people us that to come in and go home. I've almost been hit many times, but the same person. Don't be that guy. There was a small dog about 2 doors down from us and parked, all day, everyday. It bothered my roommate, I learned to ignore it and put my head phones in while playing computer games. If you have a dog, do your best to keep them quiet, the walls are terribly thin but you can hear things at decent volumes. I enjoyed my time there. I wasn't a 5 star resort but you get what you paid for Walking distance to campus and Wing Central and 18th St. Market, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it The Staff was always kind and professional.
|Recommended: YesGreat Quality Apartments For A College Town. — A little on the expensive side, but fantastic location and apartments. Maintenance was great to work with and very fast with response times. Management was hardly ever in their office, but if we were able to find them they were super helpful and friendly.
|Recommended: YesFantastic — I would say it is a great place to rent, the staff was very professional and friendly. Plus the apartments and townhomes are kept up to date.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex In Town — One of the only affordable places that has washer dryer and allows pets
|Recommended: YesParking, Maintenance, Staff — Two parking spots are available for one apartment.
The maintenance is fast and professional.
The leasing office staffs are very friendly and professional.
|Recommended: YesNice Location — Like the location and the apartments are alright. Neighbours are really loud and annoying. If your neighbours are OK then it is an nice place to stay.
|Recommended: YesIt All Depends On Where You Are.. — Compared to other apartments around Ellensburg, Greenpointe has the benefit of providing their tenants laundry machines, dishwashers and one to two floors of personal space. Heck, for a few dollars more, you can request a place with a porch Even so, it is important to recognize that improvement should always be continuous. That being said, lets be realistic
To start off, parking is placed as a 4 due to my lack of knowledge on how this will be during the winter. So far, the only problem in parking is that it all depends on where you are. Near the second half Greenpointe close to Village apartments , a narrow pathway guides your way to the parking lot with bushes that cover your sight for oncoming cars trying to leave the residence. Although there is nothing that Greenpointe can do, any prospective tenants should be aware of how their car will manage in certain areas. The benefit that many individuals take is that our location of residency has the main street which allows individuals to park their cars on the side. This can be great for guests as well as residents who have large vehicles.
Lets be clear that many residents vary from college students to growing families. With that, there are days where you feel part of the family because you can hear almost everything your neighbor is doing. That being said, your future neighbor will determine how you view the noise. One thing I wished Greenpointe had was an after-hours call line in case you are in need of assistance.
You can tell in my townhouse that this was a rush job. When I moved in, someone drilled a nail under the kitchen sink that went all the way to the dishwasher. You can also see damaged walls are just painted or plastered over as well as some doors and walls are chipping in the corners.
With that, Maintenance and staff are always ready to assist as well as help you solve problems. The veteran staff have been helpful throughout my time trying to move-in as well as making sure every document and liability has been checked and received. Their honesty as well as realistic attitude makes me feel like they are not painting this place as a forever happy-go-lucky, but an area where honesty and transparency are valued.
Greenpointe is changing, and with that I recognize that most of these things will be fixed in due time. For any prospective tenants reading this know that this review has many factors that are contributed by outside factors. Take this review with a grain of salt or awareness when you come to tour the location.
|Recommended: YesNice — The only thing i would change is the amount of storage in the kitchen. it seems as though there could be more cabinet space....and a microwave.
|Recommended: YesVery Helpful — The staff at Camden are very kind and helpful.
|Recommended: YesThs Apparment Complex Is.. — I think that this apartment complex is very nice and is very comfortable. It is nice in the since that you can rarely hear your neighbors. The apartment is very spacious. its a very quiet area not alot going on making it a great place to study at home. Only time it gets a little loud is during football seasons but its not a problem if you keep your windows closed. One thing I think that could change in this complex would be the availability of yard space for dog to use the restroom in the areas that are provided can either be bare, or they are too small for the dog to be comfortable.
