|Recommended: NoGreat Property But ... — This is a great property to live in, the building structure and upgrades recently made have made this place a better place to live, it is very clean and the staff is professional and very helpful. The only negative part, that is very expensive compared to other properties in the area with the same qualities.. My plans were to stay a couple of years until I was transfer to a different state through work but I will be moving out at the end of my lease because of the high cost.

|Recommended: YesExcellent — Yes, Jeff and Morgan are awesome, professional at what they do but still can remain friendly and understanding. Mutual respect without being treated poorly because rent is late but still abides by their responsibilities to collect rent.
|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Updated, But Not Well Done. — The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but perfect for college students. Rent is getting ridiculously high for the quality of apartment you receive. The cabinets and fixtures were installed quickly because they are all crooked. The maintenance is efficient and timely, and the staff is always great to work with. My only complaint is with the quality of the apartments, and the rent increases.
