|Recommended: NoNot Worth The — For a two bedroom apartment, our floors are insanely creaky squeaky and the rooms insulation is horrible. The kitchen is not large enough for two people to cook at the same time and it is very small. Toilet was also broken after a week of moving in. The staff is nice but the apartments themselves need some remodeling reconstruction. Costs are way too high for the poor quality.

|Recommended: YesGood Living Experience, Old Utilities In Apartment That Maybe Should Be Updates — I liked living here a lot but the utilities were definitely older and the cleanliness of the apartment wasn't the best when moving in. Good place tho and really nice staff.

|Recommended: YesIts A Wonderful Starter Place That's Close To Campus — Its a nice place to live with moderate rent and the insides are all pretty nice and layout is good and functional. The only real cons that are big is not enough trash pick ups so trash overfills the dumpster. The best thing overall is the people at the main office because as moving is they were very helpful and answered all my questions.

I apologize for the dumpsters being in the state that they were the last week and a half. Our winch for our dump truck broke and unfortunately we had to wait for the new one to arrive which was delayed by the foot of snow that we received. Everything should be back in working order now. |Recommended: YesGreat Started Place — This complex is a great starter apartment but you can hear your neighbors if you stand anywhere near a wall and if you live on the first floor you will hear every step the people above you take. The location is great and parking is never really a problem. During winter the complex doesn't really keep up with plowing the parking lot. The office staff are great and friendly and super helpful.

|Recommended: YesUniversity Park — The exterior could use a little TLC in places. Designated parking would be nice sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot near my place. And maybe just a suggestion garbage twice a week.

|Recommended: YesOverall Pretty Decent — Its cozy enough for a couple people to stay in. Everything functions fairly well and when an issue occurs the staff is usually pretty quick to fix the issue. If anything the neighbors can be a bit rowdy at times after 10 pm, but that all just depends on who is living around you.

|Recommended: YesAverage Place For Too High Price — Average apartments. Rent always goes up and overall upkeep and grounds maintenance goes down. When price was fair it wasn’t bad. Way too expensive for a decent place.
