|Recommended: YesCharming Complex — It's a cute area, with friendly and supportive staff. The pet areas are convenient, and the grass is appreciated. There are a playground and volleyball net set up in the middle of Parks. I wish parking requirements followed the contract and were enforced, where each resident parks in their assigned lot ONLY. Also think it would be good to proofread the contract, as there is quite a bit of contradiction. Another note, I think it would be fair to have the attached fenced patios, in Parks, be equal size or alter the upcharge to be appropriately proportionate to the size allowed to that unit. Communications with staff are not the best unless you go in face to face, or catch them over the phone. In general, it is a very comfortable place to live, I would recommend this facility to friends.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment For Cwu Students — It's a great place for CWU students - close to campus and decent quality for the price. The noise isn't too bad, but it really depends on your neighbors. First floor apartments can hear pretty much everything from the second floor, especially at night. If you have kids, you might not want to live here because of the noise. The landscaping was much better under the previous landscaping contract. Last year, much of the grass was replaced with mulch or rocks, so even though it's technically dog friendly, it can be difficult to find a place to take them out. Many of the residents do not clean up after their dogs, so there is poop everywhere- in the grass, rocks, mulch, and even on the sidewalks and parking lot. If the management isn't going to hold residents responsible for cleaning up pet waste, then they should at least hire someone to clean it up. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, but they tend to give very short notices on planned projects or policy changes. Overall, it's not at all a bad place to live, but your experience will likely depend on your situation. A college student would probably love living here, but a family may not like it much.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live. — Overall, I have enjoyed living in this complex. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. The appliances molding are a bit outdated but all work just fine. Good location for CWU students.

|Recommended: YesI Enjoy Living At Univeristy Park And Place. — Its very quiet and people keep to themselves which I like. If you have loud neighbors who yells then good luck trying to get some sleep cause you hear it all. Maintenance has improved greatly with the new guy in charge of it and parking is rarely if ever an issue.
